Points will expire based on how they were earned. Points earned as a result of a promo associated with a new or trial membership will expire 12-months from the date they are earned.
Points earned from an online purchase will expire 24-months from the date they are earned. An active membership is required in order to earn and redeem points. If your membership expires or you terminate it, you have 30 days to re-activate in order to retain your points.
