Return Policy
We accept returns on unused gear in re-sellable condition, including all original packaging, within 30 days from the fulfillment date.
All apparel must have the original tags attached. Footwear should be tried on indoors and paired with the socks you intend to use in the field to ensure a proper fit. Please DO NOT affix the return label directly to the footwear box. Please place the footwear box into another box designed for shipping. If using our printerless return process, package the item(s) into a shipping box or mailer bag prior to dropping them off with the carrier.
Optics and electronics must include all original packaging, manuals and accessories.
For hygienic and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted on consumables, underwear and mouth calls.
Returns will not be accepted for custom-cut arrows and shafts, gift cards, gift certificates and subscriptions.
Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment that was used on the original purchase or issued store credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping coverage applies to U.S. orders only and does not extend to international shipments.
GOHUNT Members receive free return shipping with a prepaid label or QR code. Non-members can add Package Protection at checkout for $4.98 to receive a return label/QR code. Otherwise, label costs are calculated based on current carrier rates within our return portal.
Please DO NOT attach shipping labels directly to the product packaging. Put your item in its original packaging into another mailer bag or box. Items sent back with labels attached to the manufacturer packaging will not be accepted.
